Prior to the ordering process (Article 27 of Law 34/2002):

In our store, you will find various products that may be of interest to you. If you wish to place an order, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to successfully complete your purchase and provide you with detailed information on each step of the process.

Once you click the “CONFIRM” button in your shopping cart, the 5 steps required to successfully ship your order will begin.

STEP 1: SUMMARY
We will display the following on a single page:

Image of the purchased product
Name of the purchased product
Description of the purchased product
Product availability
Unit price of each product
Quantity of each product
Total price of each product, including VAT (Spain taxes)

STEP 2: LOGIN OR REGISTRATION
If you have not registered in step 2, you will have the option to do so. You must fill in the required fields with your details so that we can ship your order and process the payment correctly.

If you are already a customer, you can log in with your username and password.

IMPORTANT: All information you provide must be accurate to ensure the order process is complete.

STEP 3: ADDRESS
You must provide a delivery address and, if desired, a billing address. These can be the same or different depending on your needs.

If necessary, you can also create different addresses and save them in your account. This way, you can place orders, and we will ship them to the address you select without having to fill it out again with each purchase.

STEP 4: SHIPPING
We always look for the carrier that handles our products with the utmost care and dedication. We currently offer several shipping options. Typically, we offer MRW, UPS, GLS, Correos de España, or Correos Express.

In cases where we activate more than one shipping option, the shipping costs are detailed for each product, destination, and carrier.

As a general rule, shipping costs within the Spanish mainland are €6 and within the islands are €12.

Orders for virtual products or downloadable posters and printables do not incur shipping or handling charges. You can download your purchase using the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Please check your email carefully before proceeding to pay for your order.

STEP 5: PAYMENT
valerysun.com will accept payment via PayPal and credit and debit cards that operate through Secure E-Commerce, to prevent fraud and duplicate payments, offering greater confidence and speed to its customers.

This E-Commerce system is used to identify the cardholder. When making an online purchase, their bank requests a mandatory Security Code sent to their mobile phone (if this service is activated with their bank) or a coordinate from a code card, which they must enter to confirm each purchase made with that card online. Otherwise, the purchase will never be finalized to prevent identity theft and duplicate payments.

If you select DEBIT/CREDIT CARD as your payment method in the shopping cart when you click the “Order” button to confirm your cart and proceed with payment, a form will appear on your screen where you must fill in your card details. Once you confirm these details and continue, a new step will appear. This is a secure e-commerce site using WooPayments and Stripe (it is not developed by valerysun.com, nor does it store or save card or bank details). During the payment process, your bank may request a security code or coordinate to complete the purchase. Do not provide this security code to any valerysun.com employee or third parties. It is for the exclusive use of you and your bank to process and confirm online transactions. We do not see or store this information.

Important note: Do not close your bank’s pop-up window during payment. If you notice that your payment is delayed or rejected, it may be due to a connection problem or a delay in entering your bank card details and PIN. In that case, all you need to do is right-click on the pop-up window and refresh (Internet Explorer), reload (Google Chrome), or reload (FireFox). You will then need to re-enter your details and password. The payment will be processed successfully, and you will automatically return to our store (subject to duplicate payments). You can print the order confirmation if you wish. However, you will always receive a detailed order confirmation by email.

However, if a pop-up window from your bank does not appear, it is due to very high security settings when browsing the internet. You should temporarily disable your browser’s blocking options so that you do not see this completely secure pop-up window. Above all, add us as an ALLOWED SITE or as an EXCEPTION to the pop-up blocker, depending on the browser you use.
